Cancellation/Return Policy

Cancellations
Order once placed cannot be canceled without any genuine reason. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91-86574 37518. If the order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns

Return facility is offered only if
1. The product reached to the buyer has a manufacturing defect in terms of design or quality. 

2. The product reached to the buyer is wrong (Other than the ordered).

Return Facility is not offered For
1. For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website. 

2. Damages caused during the transition or shipment of the product.

Please note we provide a 7-day return Facility for orders placed online on kalpjewellers.com and shipped within India. If 7 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return facility. Please note that in case of a return you will have to ship the product back to us in the same condition as was received to you.
